• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will be charged 20% of the service cost IF you are unable to reschedule.
** PLEASE NOTE ** if the rescheduled is missed/no showed, you may not be able to book in the future & could result in cancellation fee of 20% (NO SHOWS WILL BE 100% w/ no option of booking again)
